The tumor microenvironment, contains many immune cells interacting with each other and the cancer cells; therefore, we are characterizing the TME as a whole, including the infiltration and spatial orientation of immune cells and cancer cells. To investigate the architecture of the TME in NSCLC, we used multispectral imaging using the automated microscope Vectra 3.0 imaging system and performed imaging and spatial analysis.
